Cast vinyl that puts your business on display
Turn a vehicle, storefront window or commercial-building entrance into a clear introduction to your business. Cast vinyl is a thin, flexible adhesive film used for lettering, logos and custom decals on suitable surfaces.
An expected outdoor life of 3–7 years
The right cast vinyl can last approximately 3 to 7 years outdoors and is designed for all-weather use, including everyday sun, rain, heat and cold. Its flexibility and dimensional stability make it a useful choice for vehicle graphics and long-term window lettering.
The actual service life depends on the vinyl product and color, climate, sun exposure, surface condition, placement, installation and care. A decal on a vertical door may face different conditions from a graphic on a hood or other horizontal surface.
Solid colors, layered vinyl or a printed decal
Cut vinyl lettering
Letters and shapes are cut from colored vinyl. After the unwanted material is removed, the design is transferred to the surface. This works well for business names, hours, contact information and simple logos.
Layered vinyl
Vinyl colors can be layered to build a multicolor design. Separate cut pieces are aligned and applied together to create the finished logo or graphic. Artwork detail and the number of colors help determine whether layering is the right approach.
Printed & laminated decals
If a logo or decal has multiple colors, gradients or detailed artwork, printing is another option. The design can be printed onto compatible vinyl, then laminated before it is applied to the vehicle, window or other suitable surface.
A compatible laminate adds a protective layer over the printed graphic to help protect against weather, UV exposure and everyday abrasion. The printed vinyl and laminate need to be chosen as a suitable combination; their outdoor rating is confirmed separately rather than assumed to match every cut-vinyl product.
Vehicles, commercial buildings & fleets
Vehicle decals
Put a business logo, service information or contact details on suitable vehicle panels. We discuss the artwork, size, placement and condition of the application surface.
Window & door lettering
Display your business name, opening hours, contact information and branding on suitable glass. Placement should keep required visibility and safety information clear.
Commercial-building graphics
Bring consistent branding to storefronts, office windows and entrances. The surface, exposure and viewing distance help determine the material and layout.
Fleet graphics
Carry a consistent identity across work trucks, service vehicles and other fleet vehicles. Logos and lettering can be sized for each vehicle while keeping the overall branding coordinated.

A coordinated logo and contact details sized for pickup-truck doors.
Good preparation makes a difference
Application surfaces need to be suitable, clean, dry and free of wax, grease and other contaminants. Damaged paint, rust, textured finishes or unsuitable coatings can affect adhesion and removal. Installation temperature and preparation should follow the selected material's instructions.
Once installed, follow the recommended cleaning and care instructions. Avoid harsh solvents and directing high-pressure washing at decal edges. Cast vinyl is not a repair for an unsuitable surface, and outdoor durability does not mean a decal is immune to damage.
Tell us what you want to put on display
Send your logo or artwork, approximate dimensions, quantities and photos of the vehicle, window or building surface. For fleets, include the vehicle types and the number of vehicles. We will discuss cut, layered or printed-and-laminated options before confirming the project.
